How to Create a WhatsApp Business Account
- Open the WhatsApp Business application on your phone.
- You will land on the welcome page. Tap on agree and continue at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm your phone number by tapping on use. Alternatively, tap on use a different number if you prefer to use another number.
- Wait for the chat history and media to transfer from WhatsApp Messenger to WhatsApp Business.
- Edit your profile information, including the name and photo. Tap on business category to choose the right category for your profile, such as Shopping & Retail, Hotel, Arts & Entertainment, etc., then tap to select it.
- In the top right corner, tap on next to proceed.
- Manage the login settings by creating a passkey for your account. Alternatively, tap on not now to skip this step for now.
- Add an email address to secure your account by tapping on add email and entering your email address.
