How to Delete a Photo from an Instagram Post
Instagram provides the flexibility to remove a single photo from a multi-photo post, allowing you to maintain the rest of your content. Follow these simple steps to delete a photo from an Instagram post without removing the whole set.
- First, open the Instagram app on your device.
- Tap on your profile picture at the bottom right corner to go to your profile.
- Locate the post that contains the photo you wish to delete and tap on it.
- Tap on the three dots located at the top right of your post and select Edit.
- Swipe through the images in your post to find the one you want to remove.
- When you reach the photo, look for a small trash can icon at the bottom left corner and tap on it to remove the photo from the post.
- If you don’t see the trash icon, ensure that your Instagram app is updated to the latest version.
- After removing the photo, tap Done at the top right to save your changes.
