Step-by-Step Guide to Delete All Instagram Posts
- Open the Instagram app on your phone and tap on your profile icon located in the bottom right corner.
- Once on your profile, tap on the three-line menu in the top right corner.
- From the menu that appears, select Your Activity.
- On the Your Activity page, tap on Posts. This will display all of your Instagram posts, starting with the newest ones.
- If you wish to filter your posts by date, tap Sort and Filter to find older posts.
- To delete multiple posts, tap Select in the top right corner.
- Tap on each post you’d like to delete. You can select as many posts as you want.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see two options: Archive and Delete. Tap Delete, then confirm your choice.
- All selected posts will now be deleted at once.
- If you need to delete a single post, go to your profile, tap on the post, select the three dots in the top right corner, and choose Delete.
