Deleting a TikTok account might seem daunting if you can’t recall your password or email. However, by following a simple guided process, you can easily remove your TikTok presence using just your phone number.
How to Delete a TikTok Account Without Password or Email
- Open the TikTok app on your phone to begin the account deletion process.
- Once on the TikTok homepage, tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- In the profile section, tap on the menu at the top right corner.
- Select the option Settings and Privacy from the menu.
- Go to the Account option in the settings menu.
- Navigate to Account Information and tap on your linked phone number.
- Once confirmed that your phone is linked, go back and select the option Deactivate or Delete Account.
- Tap on the choice to Delete Account Permanently.
- Provide a reason for the deletion and hit continue.
- Select the circle to confirm and hit continue again after reviewing instructions.
- Complete the SMS verification by entering the six-digit code sent to your phone.
- Finally, tap on Delete Account to permanently delete your TikTok account using your phone number.
