- First of all, open the Instagram application on your phone.
- You will then be taken to the newsfeed page on Instagram.
- On this page, tap on the bottom right corner on your profile icon to view your profile.
- Locate the post you want to edit.
- In the top right corner of the post, tap on the three dots to open the menu.
- From the options, choose to Edit.
- You can make adjustments such as editing the caption, tagging people, or adding a location.
- Once you’ve made your desired edits, tap Done in the top right corner to save your changes.
By following these simple steps, you can successfully adjust your Instagram post’s details even after it has been published. Just keep in mind that replacing the actual photo or video is not possible once posted.
