How to Recover Deleted Instagram Posts
- Open the Instagram app and navigate to your profile by tapping the profile icon located in the bottom right corner.
- Tap the three lines in the top right corner to access the menu.
- From the menu, select Your Activity.
- Scroll to the section labeled Removed and Archived Content and tap on Recently Deleted.
- Ensure the Posts tab is active to display deleted posts within the last 30 days.
- Locate the post you wish to recover and tap on it.
- In the top right corner, tap the three dots and select Restore.
- Confirm your decision when prompted. The post will be restored to your profile exactly as it was before deletion.
