How to Keep Snapchat Messages from Disappearing
Snapchat allows users to send messages that disappear after they’ve been viewed. However, sometimes you may wish to keep your messages for a longer period. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of preventing your Snapchat messages from disappearing too soon.
- Open the Snapchat Application: Launch the Snapchat app on your phone. You will be directed to the camera screen.
- Access the Chat Section: Navigate to the bottom panel and tap on the Chat icon to view your list of chats with friends on Snapchat.
- Select a Chat: Open any chat from the list by tapping on it.
- Go to Settings: Long-press on the friend’s name in the chat, then tap the three dots located in the top right corner.
- Adjust Chat Settings: Choose Chats and Notification Settings from the menu that appears.
- Modify Delete Settings: Select Delete Chats and change the setting to 7 days after viewing instead of the default after viewing.
- Confirm Changes: Tap on Done to save your settings.
- Save Messages: Open the chat where you want to save messages, send a message, and tap on the message you want to save. You can unsave it by tapping on it again.
