- Open the Instagram application on your phone.
- From the homepage, you can view the posts and stories of friends or accounts you follow.
- Navigate to the bottom panel and tap on the new post icon.
- Choose whether you want to add a new post, story, reel, or go live. Tap on reel.
- Select the photos or videos you want to include in your reel from your camera roll, then tap next.
