How to Remove Fake Followers on Instagram
- Open up the Instagram application on your phone.
- Once on the Instagram homepage, navigate to the bottom right corner and tap on your profile icon.
- Now that you are on your profile page, tap on your follower list.
- Here you will see all your followers on Instagram. Open the profile of the follower you want to remove.
- Tap on the three dots located at the top right corner of the profile page.
- Select block and then tap on block again to confirm your action.
- Once blocked, they will not be able to message you or find your profile and content on Instagram. They won’t even be notified that you blocked them.
- If you wish to unblock them later, tap the unblock button and confirm your decision.
- To avoid blocking, you can also choose to restrict them, which hides their comments and messages without blocking them completely.
