Steps to Report a Fake Instagram Account
- Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the profile of the fake account you want to report.
- Tap on the three dots located in the top right corner of the profile page.
- From the menu that appears, tap on Report.
- Instagram will prompt you to select a reason for reporting the account. Select ‘Something About This Account’.
- Then tap on ‘Something Else’. You will be presented with several options.
