How to Restrict Someone on Snapchat
Snapchat offers a simple method to control who views your personal content. Follow this tutorial to learn how to restrict certain friends from viewing your stories.
- Open the Snapchat application on your phone.
- You will see the camera screen; tap on your profile icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Next, tap on the settings icon found at the top right corner.
- In the settings page, scroll down to find the Privacy control section.
- Choose the option ‘View My Story’.
- Here, pick the ‘My Friends’ option if you want all your Snapchat friends to view your stories.
- Select ‘Custom’ if you want to block specific friends from viewing the new snaps you add to your story.
- On the next page, select the friends from your Snapchat friends list whom you want to block from viewing your story.
- After you select the friends, tap on block below. These friends will no longer be able to view your Snapchat stories.
- If needed, you can unblock them by following the same steps.
