How to Send an Instagram Reel to WhatsApp
- Open the Instagram application on your phone.
- Once on the Instagram homepage, scroll down to locate and open a reel.
- Tap the send button located usually below the reel.
- The app will show you suggested accounts; tap on share to to proceed.
- Slide into the WhatsApp application by choosing its icon from the options displayed.
- Select a contact by tapping the circle next to the person’s name whom you’d like to share the reel with.
- Hit next to proceed.
- You will notice a link in the message option box; tap send at the top right corner of the screen.
- The reel has now been successfully sent to the selected contact on WhatsApp.
- Minimize Instagram, and open the WhatsApp application.
- Go to the specific chat where you sent the reel and confirm that it’s been delivered.
- When the recipient taps the link, they will be redirected to Instagram to view the reel.
