If you’ve ever wanted to start your day with your favorite TikTok sound as your alarm, you’re in luck. This tutorial will guide you through the process of transforming a TikTok sound into a personalized alarm tone on your phone.
How to Set a TikTok Sound as an Alarm
- Open TikTok: Launch the TikTok app on your phone to begin.
- Navigate to the TikTok Homepage: Once the app is opened, you will be directed to the homepage where you can explore and view various TikTok reels.
- Select and Save a Reel: Tap on the share icon located on the right side of a reel you wish to use, and then choose the save video option to download it to your camera roll.
- Open Ringtone Maker: Return to your phone’s main menu and open the Ringtone Maker app. Once inside, tap the plus icon located at the top of the screen.
- Extract Audio from Video: Select the video library option to extract audio. Choose the recently saved video and tap on done to proceed.
- Create a Ringtone: Find the video in the app, tap the arrow beside it, and select make ringtone. Adjust the settings, such as the time range, and tap on set ringtone.
- Export via Garage Band: Swipe left, tap on more, scroll down, and choose Garage Band. When the app opens, find the downloaded audio, then tap and hold the audio and select share.
- Name and Export the Ringtone: Choose ringtone, give your ringtone a name, and tap export located at the top right corner. Your ringtone will be exported successfully; tap okay to confirm.
- Set the Alarm: Open your phone’s clock app, navigate to alarms, and go to sound settings. Select the ringtone you’ve created to set it as your new alarm tone.
