How to Repost a Story on Instagram
- Ensure that you have been mentioned in the story you wish to repost. You can only repost stories where your account is tagged.
- Open the Instagram app and tap on the messenger icon in the top right corner to access your messages.
- Locate the chat notification indicating that a user has mentioned you in their story.
- Tap on the option to ‘Add to Your Story’ that appears within the mentioned story notification.
- Once selected, you can now edit the story as desired by adding text, stickers, or drawings.
- After customizing, tap the right arrow icon at the bottom right to proceed to the sharing options.
- Choose ‘Your Story’ to post it directly to your story, or you can add specific people before tapping Done to finalize your post.
