Instagram provides users with features to manage their comments effectively. If you’ve previously hidden comments on your posts, you can easily unhide them by following these simple steps.
How to Unhide Comments on Instagram
- Open the Instagram App: Launch the Instagram app on your phone.
- Navigate to Your Profile: Tap on your profile icon located at the bottom right corner to go to your profile.
- Select the Post: Find the post where the comment was hidden and tap on it to open.
- Access Comment Section: Scroll through the comment section until you find the option that says See Hidden Comments.
- Tap to View Comments: Tap on the See Hidden Comments option to reveal the comments that were automatically hidden.
- Unhide Specific Comment: Select the Unhide option from the available actions. The comment will now be visible to everyone.
- Adjust Settings to Prevent Future Auto-Hide: Go back to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right corner, and select Settings and Privacy.
- Modify Hidden Words Settings: Scroll down to locate Hidden Words. If Hide Comments is turned on, toggle it off to stop Instagram from automatically filtering certain comments.
