How to View Archived Messages on WhatsApp

WhatsApp has a feature that allows you to archive chats, keeping your main chat list organized and clutter-free. Follow these simple steps to access your archived messages whenever needed.

1. Open the WhatsApp application on your phone.
2. You will be directed to the main chat list page.
3. To archive a chat, select the desired chat from this page.
4. Swipe left on the selected chat.
5. Tap on the archive option that appears.
6. The chat will now be removed from the list and placed in the archive.
7. To view archived chats, tap on the archive section at the top panel of the chat list.
8. Here, you will find all your archived chats neatly organized.
9. Remember, archived chats do not appear in your regular chat list nor do they send you notifications of new messages.
10. To return an archived chat to the main list, swipe left within the archive section and tap to unarchive the contact.
